CasinoNear is an informational directory of land-based casinos in the United States. We keep data collection to a minimum and never sell your personal information. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Usage data. We use privacy-friendly, self-hosted analytics to count page views and clicks. This is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
Location. If you use the casino finder and allow location access, your approximate location is used in your browser to sort casinos by distance. We do not store or transmit it.
Cookies. We set no advertising cookies of our own. When you click through to a partner, that partner may set its own cookies under its own policy.

Affiliate links

Some outbound links - particularly to social and sweepstakes casinos - are affiliate links. If you sign up through one of them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This never affects how we list or describe a casino; rankings are based on data, not payment.

Third parties

Casino locations come from OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL). Outbound partner sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.

CasinoNear is intended for adults of legal gambling age (18 or 21 depending on the state). It is not directed at anyone under that age.
